Terms of service
By commissioning me (the artist), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before submitting a request or making payment.
Prices are in USD, payment via PayPal
Payment is required before I begin working on your commission.
I retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artwork. Please don't alter or reproduce for profit.
I reserve the right to post, display, and use the artwork for my portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes. If you'd like to keep your commission private please let me know before hand.
You receive personal-use rights only, meaning you can share, print, or display the artwork with proper credit to the artist.
Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, logos, book covers, marketing, NFTs) will require an additional payment. for more infromation please contact me at [email protected]
I will provide progress updates during the sketch/rough stage for approval (Max. 2 Major revisions), only minor revisons will be made onwards. Further major revisions or changes after approval may incur an additional fee
Major revisions: Pose change, costume/character changes, background
Minor revisions: minor color adjustments, small detail changes, expressions, minor pose change
Cancelling commission mid-way will only refund half of the payment. If cancelled before i start the sketching phase you will be fully refunded (minus charge fee)
How to order

Process
Inquiry & Request: You start by filling out the commission request form. I’ll review your request to confirm that it fits my art style and current workload
Payment: Once I review your request, I’ll provide a quote and estimated timeline. Commissions are officially booked after payment is received
Sketch: I’ll start with a rough sketch or composition to show the layout and pose. You’ll receive this for approval and can request small adjustments (up to 2 major revisions).
Rough colors: I’ll clean up the lines, add colors, and refine the artwork. I will send it to you for aproval. After this stage, only minor revisions will be allowed.
Final: I will finish rendering and finalizing the piece and send it to your email :D
Keep in mind that i might not send the sketch immediately after payment when there's queue on the list

Light backgrounds or simple scenery

NSFW or explicit content
Hateful, racist, or discriminatory imagery
Heavy gore or violence
Mecha or overly complex machinery
